One World Textiles cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of colours of product items in our digital photos, due to differences in lighting and the general restrictions on digital photographic images. All of our products have however, been photographed in natural daylight conditions.
Our products are individually and thoroughly researched, and descriptions are, to the best of our knowledge, correct at the time they are posted on our website. The information contained on this site ("One World Textiles"):

A 'HOLD" on any product item indicates that a purchase transaction has been initiated. We will not remove a product item from our website until it has been received by the purchaser, and the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. The One World Textiles website will currently only accept payment in Australian Dollars. Our prices are firm, and do not include custom's fees, shipping, or insurance.
Payment for products must be made and funds cleared before products can be shipped. Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. One World Textiles uses the Paypal payment system to process credit card payments. Paypal is a Verisign Secure Site Server. Before making a payment via the Paypal system, you should review Paypal's privacy and security policies. One World Textiles will not be held responsible for fraud conducted through Paypal. One World Textiles also accepts Direct Deposits via Internet Banking and Money Orders from Australian customers. We do prefer International customers to purchase product items using Paypal (Please Note: You do not need to sign up with Paypal as a member in order to send a payment through to us). Furthermore, customers will not be charged by Paypal to send payments via their processor. You will be billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and your card company will convert the charges for you.
For large wholesale orders we prefer payment via Telegraphic Transfer. We require 50% deposit on placing the order and the remainder prior to delivery. We will supply you with our bank details and the appropriate Swift Code for the transfer.
Items remain the property of One World Textiles until they are paid for in full.

Shipping and Delivery
Items are posted from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
We ship the items via Australia Post regular postage.
International orders are sent via Air Mail.
Product items are sent between 24 and 48 hours that payment is received / cleared for the full purchase price plus shipping costs. While we do everything in our power to get the items to you in the condition in which you purchased them, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for any import tariffs or duties, which may require payment prior to delivery of your product item.
Returns Policy
We will provide refunds, but only where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described. Please note that due to the fact that many of our product items are very old and have been used in their lifetime, they will show signs of wear and tear and the affects of age. We do describe our products to the best of our ability in our product descriptions. If there is any damage, we will include this in our description of the product, as well as provide photographic images showing the damage. We will not provide refunds on items that clearly have been shown to be damaged in our product descriptions. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase because the good(s) are faulty or are have been incorrectly described, you can return the item(s) to us - you will be responsible for shipping and insurance. We shall then refund the amount originally paid. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us straight away.
Goods purchased from One World Textiles are to be returned within 3 weeks upon receipt of delivery. One World Textiles are not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds in you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of our receipt of goods. Please make sure you include with your returned item a copy of your receipt.

Cancellation Policy
Products ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, your order will be shipped, and therefore cancellation of your order will not be possible. It would be appreciated if you could supply us with a reason for your cancellation in writing via email.
